A place where you can enjoy both the Cerdanya and the comfort of a good home. It is an old farmhouse located in the old part of Alp, remodelled in 2021 with all the comforts for rest and enjoyment of your holidays.
The flat is a duplex type and is distributed on two floors, on the main floor we have access from the terrace which has outdoor furniture, a very well equipped kitchen open to the dining-living room, dining table, bathroom with shower and living room with fireplace and sofa. The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (180X200) and the other with 2 single beds (90X200), and a bathroom with shower.
You will also have access to:
- Space 1: Dedicated to bicycle and ski storage.
- Space 2: Laundry (washing machine/dryer).
- Space 3: Ceretana Era, closed to the outside
