WELCOME TO CAL RUS APARTAMENT 3
A place where you can enjoy both the Cerdanya and the comfort of a good home. It is an old farmhouse located in the old town of Alp remodelled in 2021 with all the comforts for rest and enjoyment of the holidays.
The flat is a duplex distributed on two floors, on the main floor, which is accessed from the terrace and has outdoor furniture, we find the kitchen open to the dining room 100% equipped for cooking and dining table, bathroom and double bedroom with 2 single beds (90X200).
The upper floor consists of a living room with a fireplace and sofa, a double bedroom with double bed (180X200) and a full bathroom, there is Wifi throughout the accommodation.
You will also have access to:
- Space 1: Dedicated to bike and ski storage.
- Space 2: Laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
- Space 3: Era Ceretana, closed to the outside.
