WELCOME TO CAL RUS APARTAMENT 2
A place where you can enjoy both the Cerdanya and the comfort of a good home. It is an old farmhouse located in the old town of Alp, remodelled in 2021 with all the comforts for the rest and enjoyment of the holidays.
The flat is a duplex distributed on two floors on the main floor we have:
Access from the terrace with outdoor furniture, kitchen open to the dining-living room 100% equipped for cooking, dining table, bathroom and living room with fireplace and sofa.
The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (180X200) and the other with 2 single beds (90X200), and a bathroom with shower. Wifi is available throughout the accommodation.
You will also have access to:
- Space 1: Dedicated to the storage of bicycles and skis.
- Space 2: Laundry (washing machine/dryer).
- Space 3: Era Ceretana, closed to the exterior
